Delegate and moderator applications are open to all Filipino youth. However, individuals still studying in high school or college will be given priority.

Interested delegates are required to fill up the online application form found below.

As of the moment, the application period for Philippine Model Congress 2017 has not yet begun. It is slated to start on May 21, 2017 and end on June 19, 2017.

Wait for the results of your application. Delegate applicants will be announced via email within two weeks after the deadline of the applications. Whereas, aspiring moderators should be contacted by the Congress Operations director within the same time frame.

Kindly confirm within one week of receipt of the acceptance letter. Inability to confirm within the week automatically forfeits your slot.

Once an acceptance letter is received, please take note to follow the additional instructions which will be given.

Those who are waitlisted will receive information from the Secretariat team no less than two (2) weeks after the initial results in the event a slot opens up. No receipt of information means that there have been no changes in the accepted delegate listing.

Accepted applicants are required to be present for both days of the Congress. The Executive Board will not allow delegates to attend the second day’s sessions if they were absent for the first day since the discussions of the second day rely heavily on insights gathered from the previous day.

The Executive Board reserves the right to modify the terms of application without prior notice.
